Appointments 

Clients are seen by appointment only.

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Saturday. Evening hours are Monday through Thursday.

The business office is open 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday to answer your questions or to help schedule an appointment.  (260) 486-5251

Fees

In order to hold the line on the cost of therapy while maintaining a superior level of professional care, payment is expected in full, or the insurance co-pay, on the day treatment is rendered.  The following payment options are available: 

• Cash                                                      
• Check
• Money Order
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX

We are currently preferred providers for many managed care networks.  Feel free to call our office with any questions or concerns regarding your insurance plan.

Location

We are located off Hobson Road at the entrance of College Park.  Once in College Park, Hobson Court is immediately to your left after the row of mailboxes.  Consulting & Counseling Associates is the last building on the right at the end of the cul-de-sac.
